Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility – Subscription Plans (₹6,999 / ₹9,999 per year)
- First 30 days from initial purchase: Full refund. No questions asked.
- After 30 days: No refund, but service continues till term end.
- Auto‑renewal / Second year onward: 30 days from renewal date for full refund.
- Unused (within 7 days): Full refund. Passport must not be scanned.
- Partially used: No refund. Passport remains valid.
- Damaged/defective booklet: Free replacement or full refund within 15 days of delivery.
Email refund@dinerq.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Restaurant Name / Order ID]”
Include: registered email/phone, purchase date, plan name (Plan A/B or "Diner Passport"), reason (optional).
Response within 3 business days. Refund processed within 7 business days.
- Account deactivated/downgraded after refund.
- 7 days grace period to export customer data.
- Passport QR code invalidated immediately.
- Partial months after 30 days (no pro-rated refund).
- Third-party gateway fees (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree) – non-refundable.
- Fraudulent or abusive requests.
Cancel anytime from dashboard or email support@dinerq.com. Cancellation effective next billing cycle. Refunds only within 30-day window.
Diner Passport booklets delivered within 5‑7 business days in Ahmedabad. Lost in transit? Resent or refunded after verification.
